Grahame was the ideal agent for us in selling the long-held family home. He was sensitive, diligent and reliable. He gave well considered advice and didn't engage in hype or building unrealistic expectations. The auction occurred under COVID restrictions and Grahame managed this extremely well. The house sold for a price well above our reserve which was a brilliant outcome and a credit both to Grahame and the auctioneer. Even after the sale he assisted us, going above and beyond.
